Licensed taxi companies and ride-hailing operators recruit continuously for city drivers, airport pick-up drivers and 12-hour night-shift crews across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah and Madinah.
Selected candidates are employed either directly by the taxi/limousine company or as ride-hailing captains on a 2-year renewable contract under Saudi Labour Law, with salary + trip incentives paid via the Wage Protection System (WPS), plus shared accommodation, meals or a meal allowance, fuel card, medical insurance, annual leave and end-of-service gratuity.
