DMCA Policy

  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material expeditiously — typically within a few business days.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to support@bbcnewsmarathi.in containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for parties who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.
