About the Opportunity
Saudi Arabia’s electrical trade demand is driven by three big engines — Aramco/SABIC/Ma’aden oil & gas projects, Vision 2030 mega-projects (NEOM, Diriyah, Qiddiya, King Salman Park) and facility maintenance for the 32-million-strong Saudi population. Certified LV / MV / HV electricians are in continuous demand at Aramco EPC contractors, SABIC vendors, SEC substation projects and premium FM operators.
Selected candidates are employed directly by the EPC contractor, FM operator or in-house maintenance team on a 2-year renewable Saudi work contract under Saudi Labour Law, with salary paid via the Wage Protection System (WPS), plus shared camp accommodation, meals or a meal allowance, transport, PPE, medical insurance, annual leave and end-of-service gratuity.
