Riyadh Municipality landscaping contractors, mega-project developers (NEOM, Qiddiya, King Salman Park), Aramco compounds and premium hotel/villa developers all recruit gardeners continuously.
Selected candidates are employed directly by the landscape contractor, mega-project or in-house facilities team on a 2-year renewable Saudi work contract under Saudi Labour Law, with salary paid via the Wage Protection System (WPS), plus shared accommodation, meals or a meal allowance, transport, PPE, medical insurance, annual leave and end-of-service gratuity.
